Purchase & Refunds Policy
My main concern is that I want you to be happy with any product, course, workshop or program that you buy from me, Piccia Neri; and from me and other associates.
If you change your mind about anything you’ve bought from this website, you’re entitled to a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. I won’t ask any questions. However, in case what you bought includes video trainings and downloadable resources, please do check the clarifications below.
All you have to do to request a refund is send me an email, preferably from the email you used to complete the purchase.
A few clarifications about the policy
- No refunds will be given after 14 days from your purchase.
- In case your purchase is for a live event (a masterclass or a workshop), no refunds will be given after the date of the live event has passed, regardless of date of purchase. In case of an event split over more than one date, no refunds will be given after the date of the 1st live event in the series has passed.
- All refunds are discretionary. In case you actually watch a course and download the resources, and then ask for a refund, I reserve the right to deny your request. While I’m happy for you to make up your mind on whether my training materials are what you and your business need, I still am not happy for you to potentially steal it.
- The installment option, when available, is a payment plan, not a subscription. By choosing to pay in installments you have entered a contractual obligation to complete the plan. You can of course receive a refund provided you haven’t watched the materials and you’re within the 14 days from purchase.
- I can only refund in the same currency you bought the program in, so if that’s not your own, expect some fluctuations due to currency conversion fees, outside our control.
- By accepting these terms of service you also consent to have this website store your submitted information, so we can send you information relevant to your purchase.
