Il Punto! is an experimental haberdashery in Siena with an ethos that focuses on recycling, upcycling, repairing and making fashion by using your imagination – a far cry from old-style haberdasheries. ‘Punto’ in Italian means punctuation mark as well as stitch – so the exclamation mark with a vintage button seemed the best way to represent their identity. Moreover, one of the partners makes exquisite jewels out of vintage buttons.
More than a shop, Il Punto! is a treasure trove full of magical sparkling things. And you can learn, too: workshops are held there regularly. In line with this ethos, the main identity includes a set of stamps that are used as business cards, to brand paper shoppers, and so on. I have also made a few videos for il Punto! to be showcased on their new website. I have also taken all the photos. An all-rounder of a project where I was able to use my main skills: graphic design, photography, web design, time lapse videos.
